Treasury Payments Trainee

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure payments are processed within agreed timelines;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal/fiscal requirements;
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clear explanations;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow;
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of payment processes;
• Use ERP systems (preferably SAP) for invoice and payment management.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to communicate in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a plus;
• Ability to work in a international environment.
