We are seeking an energetic, proactive and well organised individual with robust communication and administration skills to become an integral part of our Group Treasury team. As a key contributor, you will report directly to the Treasury Programme Director, actively supporting the administration and processing of insurance and factoring programs while gaining a deeper understanding of the technical intricacies involved.
While prior treasury experience is not a prerequisite, a fundamental grasp of the corporate finance environment is essential. What you’ll be doing
Insurance
- Work closely with various teams to ensure questionnaires are completed and data is collected efficiently
- Collate the information according to specified guidelines
- Assist in creating purchase orders and monitor their approval status
- Address
- related queries and communicate with brokers to resolve issues
Factoring
- Support the collection of data from internal finance teams, analyse the data, and prepare comprehensive report
- Take detailed minutes and notes during meetings, ensure action points are addressed, and distribute the information to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and manage credit insurance policies for applicable entities
- Collaborate with legal advisors, factoring banks, and brokers to address and resolve outstanding issues
General
- Support the daily operations of the Treasury programme operation to ensure smooth functioning
- Adapt to evolving business needs, project demands, and unexpected tasks with ease
The skills & experience needed as Treasury Programme Analyst
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and manage sensitive business and financial information
- Proven track record of overseeing various projects and consistently meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable (e. g. , VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, if statement etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn Treasury-specific systems
- Hold a degree from a recognized university that is pertinent to the role
