In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources. Execute and monitor exhaustive treasury Month end closure (MEC) activities, bank guarantees and loan reports, FX opeations, perform cash management analyses and establish a close contacted with internal and external stakeholder. - Execute and monitor the integrity of accounting records and data. - Execute and oversee daily bank reconciliation process. - Analyze and execute payments. - Perform, review and analyse cash flow forecast and deviations. - Assist and organize the process of bank account opening and closing. - Facilitate Bank relationship. - Support and analyse Hedging Operations (transactions and deviations). - Retreive and collect data in order to execute Group Treasury Reports. - Manage Bank Guarantee process according to country directives. - Prepare and compile the Bank Guarantees periodical review report. - Manage monthly bank accounts balance. - Assure reporting and audit activities are correctly executed within defined deadlines. - Guarantee and execute MEC activities according to the respective calendar. - Monitor the active loans and ensure that covenants are observed. - Manage Group Treasury Tool namely for loans, fx operations, forecast and other financial activities. Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy. More than 4 years in similar function. Experience in Business Services Center is a plus. Experience in a multinational company is desirable. Intermediate in English (written and spoken). Extra languages are valued (e. g.
