Job Title: Trust & Safety Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you are required to solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your interactions will primarily be within your own team and with your direct supervisor. You will be provided with detailed to moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work. You will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Language:

German B2 or above

What would you do:

• Analyze legal and regulatory documentation thoroughly
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions
