Overview

Trust & Safety Representative Dutch - Remote/Hybrid at Accenture Portugal. Content Moderator role focusing on reviewing and moderating online content to keep platforms safe and compliant with client guidelines. Role may involve exposure to sensitive or objectionable content; resilience and
- being support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels;
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines;
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team;
• Serve as an advocate for the user community;
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency;
• Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for role development;
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to help keep communities safe.

Basic Qualifications/Skills

• Dutch level C1 or above
• English level B2 or above
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and
  - management skills
• Ability to perform duties objectively, in line with client policies
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams
• Strong critical thinking and
  - making skills
• Deep familiarity with the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market and region
• Ability to work well individually and in a team
• Ability to work rotating shifts and
  - standard hours
• Flexibility to meet changing business needs in a
  - paced environment
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
• Valid work permit
• Completed compulsory education (minimum)
• Age 18 or older
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
