Turkish Customer Service (Lisbon)
- Our client is one of the largest companies specializing in multichannel customer relationships.
- Required: Residence Card or Job Search Visa or UE Passport.
Tasks
- Supporting Turkish-speaking users by multiple communication channels (phone or email);
- Provide support to small and
- sized businesses (SMBs) both in Turkish and English; - Provide pre and
- sales support for all
- service products; - Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements
- Turkish Native/C2 + English B2/C1
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service and technical support
