Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
• Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.

Qualifications

UE Passport, Job Seeker Visa for Portugal or Residence Card in Portugal

Native or fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken)

English B2 or C1

Minimum: High School Diploma

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication and
- solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using computer systems and technology

Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
