Position Summary

We are looking for fluent Turkish speakers with a good English level to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What We Are Looking For In a Candidate

• Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Turkish and have a good English level (B2)
• Good communication and soft skills

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat. Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions.
• Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
• Deliver
  - calibre customer service for
  - sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
• Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.
