Turkish customer support- office in Lisbon
Overview
This is a remote position.
We are looking for fluent Turkish speakers (C2 min) with a good English level (B2 min) to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Speak Turkish at C2 level and English at B2 level.
- Communicate with customers (by chat,
- mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction. - Provide exceptional B2B customer support; assist business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client’s services.
- Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
- Identify account holder
- Verify account information
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer
Qualifications
- Turkish C2 level and English B2 level
- Good communication and soft skills
- Willingness to learn
