We currently have a number of openings for Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialists with Turkish language skills.

The main purpose of the role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team. The team will work onsite alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and support the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced environment driven by excellence.

Your responsibilities:

1. Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
   - value advertising customers;
2. Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
3. Gather and analyze data at the account and campaign levels;
4. Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies;
5. Apply optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
   Tube;
6. Identify opportunities within accounts to help sales teams seize them and facilitate discussions with agencies and clients;
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies;
8. Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
9. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying operational improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and Turkish;
• Digital marketing experience, preferably in client service or account management;
• Google Ads certification (preferred);
• Experience working in a B2B environment with active use of digital/online advertising applications;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills;
• Good work ethic, capable of working independently and in a team;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply new products, processes, and policies;
• A passion for excellence and a commitment to quality customer service.
