Responsibilities:

  - sized businesses (SMBs)
• across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone
• (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly
• recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in
• a timely manner), both in Turkish and English;
  
  
• Provide

  - sales support for all
  - service
• products;
  
  
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients'
• experience;
  
  

Requirements:

• C1/C2 level language skill
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team
• Problem
  - skills
• Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive attitude
• Ambitious
• English B2
