Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
• Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

Requirements

• Native/fluent in Turkish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Digital marketing roles.
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. ).
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends.
• The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality.
• Able to perform independently and as a part of the team.
