We are looking for a Turkish‑speaking Operations Customer Expert to join an international digital‑media project in Lisbon. You will support content creators, influencers and advertisers across social platforms by providing guidance, troubleshooting and high‑quality customer care. What the job is about

• Support creators with account management, monetisation tools, subscriptions and platform features.
• Provide clear troubleshooting assistance across social‑media and advertising platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email with a professional and friendly approach.
• Make occasional outbound calls to clarify instructions or ensure successful resolution of issues.
• Track recurring problems, identify trends and elevate technical issues to specialised internal teams.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and work effectively within a multilingual, on‑site support team.

Requirements

• Speaks Turkish fluently (C1+) and has strong English for international communication.
• Has a genuine interest in social media, digital platforms, online advertising or creator tools.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to frequent updates or changes.
• Can work on‑site in Lisbon as part of a collaborative team.
