Your responsibilities Advise customers and provide solutions regarding services by phone, email and chat

Ensure a positive customer experience with professional and responsible interactions

Your profile Native level of German and good level of English required

Passion for the entertainment industry, previous experience is an advantage

Strong customer service skills and professional attitude

Working conditions Permanent contract with a
- month trial period

Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 5 pm

Compensation and benefits 1100 € gross per month paid 14 times a year

Monthly performance bonus up to 200 €

Meal vouchers of 7. 23 € per workday

Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

Private health insurance and dental plan after six months

For international candidates Reimbursement of flight costs up to 400 € after 6 months
