Admission Requirements

• Applicants for the research grant must have a Master’s degree in Food Science or Engineering, Consumer Studies, Biotechnology or similar area. Applicants for the Research Grant must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in Portuguese and are fluent in English.
• Candidates should possess knowledge/experience in sensory evaluation, development, characterization and validation of food products - chemical, physical (texture), microbiological and sensory attributes.
