Role Description

Infinity Games is looking for a UA & Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & User Acquisition team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is curious about performance marketing, and wants to build a career in UA and mobile marketing within the games industry.

This is a hybrid role, with regular presence in our Odivelas office.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, launch and optimization of User Acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik
  Tok, etc. )
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV and ARPU
• Support creative testing (videos, statics, playables) and analyse performance results
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design and Game teams to improve campaign performance
• Support ASO initiatives and store presence optimization (App Store & Google Play)
• Help with

  - day marketing tasks and operational support to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, obtained in Portugal -->
  
  If obtained outside Portugal, official DGES recognition is mandatory
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Odivelas (this is not a fully remote role)
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and numbers
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in UA, performance marketing or mobile games
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik
  Tok Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.
• Knowledge of mobile game metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU)
