Myndlift offers a personalized mental health program using
- sensing technology to improve focus and
- being. We collaborate with over 1000 clinics and thousands of individuals.

We are seeking a Product Designer skilled in creating aesthetic product experiences, understanding user needs, and supporting
- driven decisions.

This role will support Myndlift's brain and mental health products for both clinicians (B2B) and consumers (B2C).

Responsibilities:

• UX/UI Design: Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests; identify and address pain points.
• Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track product metrics and user analytics; work with product managers to define KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Advantageous: graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Advantageous: experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
