The Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who will shape how people experience Ti
JUBU. You'll take complex ideas like purpose,
- being, career progression and skill development, and turn them into clear, intuitive, and inspiring user journeys. This is a unique opportunity to build the design foundation of a
- led platform with global potential.

What You'll Do

• Design with Purpose:
  
  Translate user needs and Ti
  JUBU's mission into seamless,
  - centered digital experiences.
• Create Interfaces:
  
  Deliver
  - quality wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that reflect our brand values.
• Understand the User:
  
  Conduct research, testing, and feedback loops to ensure every interaction feels simple, engaging, and empowering.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  
  Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to bring ideas to life and make sure designs are practical and scalable.
• Build the Design System:
  
  Establish and evolve Ti
  JUBU's design language for consistency and clarity.
• Iterate & Improve:
  
  Experiment, test, and refine designs to keep evolving the user experience.

You Might Be a Fit If You. . .

• Have 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in Saa
  S, HR tech, or
  - driven platforms.
• Can show a portfolio of web or mobile design work that balances creativity with usability.
• Are comfortable using Figma (or similar tools) to prototype and collaborate.
• Love simplifying complex flows into intuitive designs.
• Ask "why" before "how" — bringing empathy, curiosity, and grounded thinking into your work.
• Care about accessibility and inclusive design.
