As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers by answering questions about products and services via phone and email
• Providing solutions by identifying and troubleshooting issues using available resources
• Building meaningful relationships through courteous, friendly, and professional communication
• Meeting and exceeding service quality, compliance, and productivity goals
• Creating valuable experiences that customers appreciate
• Following management directives and providing feedback

Requirements to succeed in this role include:

• Native or proficient Ukrainian language skills (C2)
• Advanced English skills (C1 or higher), both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, attentive listening, and strong writing abilities
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and investigate solutions
• High-speed internet and suitable remote work conditions
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or reside locally
