Umbraco Expert
For an ongoing project for a Swiss holding group managing a global portfolio of luxury brands, we are looking for a
- time Umbraco Expert. The project involves the development and maintenance of the main corporate website, which has a key communication function to investors, analysts, financial media, and the public.
We are looking for a person who not only knows Umbraco, but can share that knowledge - training the team, suggesting best practices, supporting technical decisions and completing small tasks.
Your tasks:
- Providing consultation, training and transferring technical knowledge on Umbraco
- Acting as a technical advisor in planning platform development and architecture evolution
- Bringing consultations during sprint planning, risk estimation and CMS development
- Supporting the team with Umbraco tasks - templates, content models, components
- Assisting in selecting the best technical solutions (taking into account maintenance costs and scalability)
- Collaborating with SEO and marketing team on content accessibility and optimization
- Documenting best practices and CMS structure in Confluence
- Monitoring changes in Umbraco versions and recommending actions related to updates and technical risks
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Umbraco CMS and min. 5 years of experience as a developer, architect or consultant
- Previous work with the following technologies:. NET, HTML/CSS/JS
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in an accessible way — knowledge sharing orientation
- Experience in corporate projects, especially related to regulated content or
- intensive sites. - Ability to collaborate with
- technical and technical teams - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Good knowledge of English (communicative level min. B2)
- Part-time availability from 9am-5pm — hours to be determined flexibly
