Permanent Full Time - $36. 54/hr starting rate

Swick Mining Services is one of the world’s largest mineral drilling contractors, specialising in underground diamond coring for the hard rock mining industry.

We are seeking candidates with recent physical labouring experience and who are currently based in Tasmania to join our team in this entry level position.

As a DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) underground diamond drillers offsider, you are required to have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, hardworking and reliable. Candidates can only be considered for positions within the state that they reside.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

• Recent physical & manual labouring experience (consistently for at least the last 6 months)
• Proof of Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Current Manual (C Class) Drivers License
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months, applicants with disclosable convictions will not be excluded from consideration, however some limitations will apply)
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Be able to pass a medical composed of a stringent physical and a drug and alcohol screen
