Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

As a Messaging Technical Business Analyst, you will help streamline and deploy various initiatives, tasks, and projects within our unified communications portfolio, adopting our Agile methodology. Your focus will be on the following products:

• Messaging Environment: Microsoft Exchange Hybrid / Online / Microsoft
• Email Security Gateway (Proofpoint, Exchange Online Protection)
• Meeting Room Booking / Desk Booking / Visitor Management Solutions
• Corporate Email Signature Solution

How will you experience success with us?

• You have a technical background in products related to our UC – Messaging portfolio
• You have experience managing projects, tasks, or initiatives in an international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology
• You are an excellent communicator and rigorous, which helps you build bridges with our customers and business stakeholders
• You have knowledge of Dashboarding through Power BI and Power
  Shell scripting
• You are fluent in English; French is a strong plus
