Experience with firewalls, encryption, and security tools. Ability to perform audits and vulnerability assessments. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent.
