Untile - Senior Product Designer
Job Overview
Untile is a digital product design and development company. We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to collaborate with stakeholders to create meaningful, engaging, and beautiful user experiences and interfaces, whether for a small business’s institutional webpage, a product presentation, a mobile application, or a massive digital transformation of an entire enterprise and its processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
- Create high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals, design vision, and implementation.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
- Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior and mid‑level designers, helping them grow in their roles.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team is always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
- Create digital experiences from scratch and deliver high‑impact design solutions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in design or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work in designing digital products (web, mobile, and/or enterprise solutions).
- Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to improve designs.
- Unconventional ideas.
- Solid understanding of design principles to create intuitive functionalities, delightful interactions and animations, robust information architecture, and rich user interfaces.
- Strong page layout, composition and typography skills.
- Deep understanding of design systems, user‑centered design principles, and interaction design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Figma or relevant design tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Eye for detail.

- Ability to rapidly sketch ideas in various media.
- Talent for data visualization and infographics.
- Ability to create digital illustrations or motion graphics animations.
- Capability to mockup and prototype work—digitally and physically.
- Ability to maintain design consistency and coherence across the project.
- Ability to argue when exceptions should be made.
- Ability to present and pitch their own work.
- Eye for the big picture.

The salary range for this role is between €27, XXX and €XXX, XXX annual gross, including meal, extra benefits, vacation and Xmas allowances.
