Untile is a digital product design and development company. We are seeking an experienced Digital Web Designer. We want someone that will work with stakeholders to create meaningful, engaging, and beautiful user experiences and interfaces, whether it be an institutional webpage, a landing page or an
- commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead
  -
  - end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
• Extensive interaction with customers during discovering and other design phases.
• Conduct workshops to define requirements.
• Create
  - quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that translate requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, design vision, and implementation.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
• Stay
  -
  - date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team is always pushing the boundaries of innovation.
• Create digital experiences from scratch.
• Create high impact design solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in design or similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI in digital designing.
• Skills in motion, visuals, branding.
• Strong experience in workshops conduction to define requirements. Leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Figma or relevant design tools.
• Strong experience in applying feedback to improve designs.
• A solid understanding of design principles to create intuitive functionalities, delightful interactions and animations, robust information architecture, rich user interfaces.
• Strong page layout, composition and typography skills.
• Deep understanding of design systems,
  - centered design principles, and interaction design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with
  - functional teams.
• Unconventional ideas. An eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to rapidly sketch ideas in various media: through words or graphics, on a whiteboard or programmatically.
• Experience with Webflow/Word
  Press.
• Talent for data visualization and infographics.
• Ability to create digital illustrations or motion graphics animations.
• Can mockup and prototype work – digitally and physically.
• Ability to maintain design consistency and coherence across the project.
• Ability to argue when exceptions should be made.
• Ability to present and pitch their own work.
• Eye for the big picture.
• Explorer's mindset: question, make mistakes and learn.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

The salary range for this role is between €20, ****** to €********* annual gross, which includes meal, extra benefits, vacation and Xmas allowances.
