Untile is a digital product design and development company. We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to create engaging, beautiful user experiences and interfaces for institutional web pages, landing pages, and e‑commerce projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design processes, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
• Work extensively with customers during discovery and other design phases.
• Conduct workshops to define requirements and translate them into intuitive, engaging UX.
• Create high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that reflect user needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to align on goals, design vision, and implementation.
• Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and analytics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and best practices to push the boundaries of innovation.
• Create digital experiences from scratch and design high‑impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.
• Strong skills in motion, visuals, and branding.
• Experience conducting workshops to define requirements.
• Leadership and excellent written & verbal communication skills (English).
• Expertise in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience applying feedback to improve designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles, intuitive functionality, delightful interactions and animations, robust information architecture, and rich user interfaces.
• Strong page layout, composition, and typography skills.
• Deep understanding of design systems, user‑centered design principles, and interaction design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in agile environments and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to think unconventionally.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Rapid sketching abilities in various media (words, graphics, whiteboard, digital).
• Experience with Webflow/Word
  Press.
• Talent for data visualization and infographics.
• Digital illustration or motion graphics animation skills.
• Digital and physical prototyping experience.
• Maintaining design consistency and coherence across projects.
• Confidence in presenting and pitching work.
• Explorer mindset: question, experiment, and learn.
