NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: EV Charging Infrastructure - Market Study (CNC) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.


The overall objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive,
- wide analysis of publicly accessible urban EV charging infrastructure across the EU, providing a consolidated understanding of the main characteristics and conditions that shape neighbourhood, destination and urban hub charging segments.


Duration: The intended start date is March 2026 and the services shall be provided for a period of 16 months from this date.

Mobility / Public Charging Expert (Cat. I)


☝ Qualifications and skills:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Transport, Engineering, Business, Environmental Sciences, or another field relevant to the Assignment. (Minimum requirement)
  • Working command of English language (CEFR C1). (Minimum requirement)


☝ General professional experience:

  • At least 15 years of experience in road transport, transport infrastructure, alternative mobility /
    - mobility infrastructure, or similar fields. (Minimum requirement)


☝ Specific professional experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience related to the development, deployment or regulation of alternative mobility,
    - mobility or EV charging infrastructure projects in urban environments. (Minimum requirement)
  • Experience in the design, planning, or implementation of EV charging projects/programmes, strategies or regulatory frameworks at national, regional, or local level, evidenced by at least 2 projects in the EU. (Minimum requirement)
  • Specific knowledge and experience in evaluating business, economic or financial aspects of publicly accessible EV charging infrastructure, demonstrated by at least 2 relevant projects. (Minimum requirement)
  • Experience in leading strategic, economic, financial or comparative analysis of transport infrastructure or mobility projects for public authorities – such as benchmarking studies, market assessments, regulatory reviews, or infrastructure strategies – as evidenced by at least 2 assignments. (Asset)
  • Experience engaging with CPOs, DSOs, national authorities, or urban mobility agencies. (Asset)
  • Experience in EU-funded advisory or technical assistance programmes (e. g. , CEF, ELENA, national funding schemes). (Asset)
