Urgent Abap Developer Needed - Immediate Start - 12 Months+

Our client is a
- leading business services consultancy. They have an immediate and urgent contract role for an experienced ABAP Developer to start immediately. The successful candidate will be fluent in English & Portuguese. They will also be able to work on a hybrid basis, attending client sites 2 days per week. The client sites are LISBON OR PORTO – the successful candidate can choose which site and which days.

Start date: Immediately / ASAP

Duration: 12 months+

Daily rate: EUR300

Responsibilities:

- Develop SAP SD, FI and MM solutions to meet business needs.

- Apply
- specific tools and procedures.

- Identify and implement SAP enhancements to improve operations.

- Analyse root causes and resolve recurring issues.

- Maintain SAP documentation and knowledge base.

- Prepare detailed technical specifications.

- Collaborate on
- module configuration and perform thorough testing.

- Willing to travel when required.

- Work within agile methodologies.

- Share expertise and support global knowledge transfer.

Experience:

- Must have commercial experience in ABAP programming.

- Solid knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO) and ABAP integration.

- Strong ABAP OO;

CDS views, BAPIs/BADIs, Enhancements, IDocs, RFCs.

- Experience with Fiori, Fiori Elements and S/4HANA.

- Skilled in OData services, SAP Fiori/UI5 integration;

RAP is a plus.

- Experience with on/offshore teams.

- Culturally adaptable with strong analytical,
- solving and communication skills.
