French Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team for an exciting international telecom project. In this role, you will assist customers by providing clear information and solutions, ensuring a
- quality support experience.

Location: Porto, Portugal

Starting Date: ASAP !!!

Work Model: On‑Site

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

2 days off per week (rotational)

Contract Type:

Permanent contract (3‑month trial period)

Language Requirement:

French only No English needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and multicultural environment
