What You'll Do

• Deliver top-tier service through phone, email, and chat
• Use our systems to keep things running smoothly and efficiently

What You Need

• Native French or strong C2 level
• Good communication skills and a
  - first attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must live within 30 km of Porto and work on-site
