About The Job

• The Technical Architect’s mission is to support, design and propose technical architecture solutions for the IS (Information System) that guarantee its consistency, agility and sustainability in accordance with the strategy. Ensure that they are maintained, alerting people involved in the transformation of the IS of any deviations
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Contribute to the consistency and sustainability of the information systems
• Support studies and projects when preparing their architecture
• Communicate and contribute to effective coordination of architecture practices
• Document and maintain architecture solutions
• Perform/contribute to technology watch
• Requirement Gathering & Change Management
• Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements
• Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates
• Testing & Delivery
• Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery
• Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely
  - up
• Issue Resolution & Process Optimization
• Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact
• Ensure resolution and
  - up with vendors or service providers
• Oversee technical processes (e. g. , Online, STP flows, batches) and document known issues for
  - line support
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge in Python
• Analytical ability
• Creativity and innovation / problem solving
