We’re hiring a highly motivated Market Expansion Manager to join Relive as we enter our next phase of nationwide exponential growth across the USA. In this role, you’ll help scale our presence from 6 to 50 states across America by leading key initiatives from licensing, to agent recruitment, and local leadership development.

About the role
This is a
- paced,
- driven role where your results directly impact the company’s success. You’ll have autonomy, clear targets, and the chance to see your work translate into measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with the Founders: Chief Executive Office and Chief Sales Officer, in order to identify
- potential markets, recruit the first anchor agents (top producers) and help us build local leadership teams (market leads) from the ground up.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, new market expansion and/or headhunting for
-
- level roles.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. This job is fully in English.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and persuasion skills — both in person and online.
- High energy and confidence when connecting daily with agents through calls and meetings.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships across multiple markets nationwide.

Job Description
- Coordinate Market Licensing: Manage the full licensing process in new cities and states by working
- functionally with operations, finance, and legal to ensure smooth, compliant market launches.
- Recruit New Agents: Lead the recruiting efforts in new markets (cities and states) — from hiring the first few agents who establish early traction, to headhunting top “anchor” agents with strong personal brands and social media presence. Build relationships, present Relive’s value proposition, and close
- impact agents who will drive both momentum and credibility in each market.
- Headhunt Market Leads: Find and engage candidates for potential Market Lead positions, connecting them with the Founders for final calls.
- Support Launch & Growth: Work closely with anchor agents as they build their local teams. Join early recruiting calls, and provide strategic guidance to accelerate market growth.

- You operate with full autonomy, treating each state expansion as a distinct business unit. You are relentlessly organized, manage complex timelines (licensing, data, hiring), and hold yourself directly accountable for achieving aggressive expansion KPIs.

- You combine deep headhunting and sales skills with a highly pragmatic approach to recruitment. You strategically prioritize candidates (Market Leads and Anchor Agents) who will deliver immediate, measurable results, ensuring hiring processes are swift and focused on closing top talent.
