About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive,
- oriented US Operations Manager to own the

- end success of every new agent that joins Relive. This role is a blend of operational leadership, strategic process improvement, and
- on support and requests.

Your main challenge will be to create our agent journey – from initial onboarding through their
-
- day experience – into a highly enjoyable and productive process.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing scalable systems (trainings, FAQs, documentation support) that allow our agents to succeed faster, reduce friction in their
-
- day tasks, and maximize their overall production.

Ultimate, your success will be measured by our agent satisfaction ratio using our platform.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Operations,
