About the Role:

We are seeking a US Partnership Development Specialist to drive property partnerships across multiple US expansion cities. You will be on the frontline of Relive’s growth — reaching out to property managers, building relationships, and closing partnership agreements. Key responsibilities include
- volume outreach (calls and emails), updating our partnership database, and working closely with agents to accelerate active partnerships. This
- on role is central to our expansion in growing markets.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in sales, business development support or a related field.
• Fluent in US English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work in the US schedule (15:00 to 24:00) to engage with US-based partners.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and email outreach as part of your daily work.

Job description:

• Partnership Acquisition & Management:
• Initiate
  - volume outbound calls to property managers and apartment complexes across US expansion cities to identify and close new partnership opportunities.
• Manage the
  -
  - end lifecycle of new partners, from initial contact and negotiation, through onboarding, to ongoing support.
• Provide ongoing operational support to partners, addressing queries and facilitating seamless collaboration with our agents.
• Process Enhancement:
• Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows to support rapid partnership expansion.
• Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency for partnerships.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track key operational metrics related to partner acquisition and performance.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and tech teams to ensure operational alignment with business development goals.
