We are looking now for a User Acquisition Manager for Paid Socials to join our Triple
Ten team and help us expand our presence in the world.

What you will do:

• Manage and optimize Tik
  Tok Ads – set up, monitor, and analyze campaigns.
• Support marketing operations – handle data structuring in Google Sheets, input information, and assist in reporting.
• Track trends & brainstorm ideas – monitor Tik
  Tok/Meta creative trends, research new creatives, and contribute to ideation sessions.
• Assist with general User Acquisition tasks – help to optimize traffic funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with international team of marketing professionals to improve performance and explore new marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in paid social marketing – ideally Tik
  Tok Ads or Meta Ads.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable working with numbers, reports, and campaign performance data.
• Attention to detail – ability to structure and organize information efficiently.
• Proactive & eager to learn – we’ll help develop your hard skills, but you must be
  - motivated.
• English at least at B2 level.
