We are looking for a Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager Expert to join an international team and work on strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) projects in a regulated corporate environment.

? Your mission

• Configure and maintain Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager, including workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, recertification, entitlements, role modeling, and the central identity repository
• Configure and administer connectors to external systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, ERP, and business applications
• Automate and integrate workflows using scripting and APIs (Power
  Shell, CLI, REST)
• Provide operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and maintenance
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer and training activities
• Participate in IAM/IGA projects, ensuring access governance, compliance, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with IT, Security, HR, and Business teams in an international environment
• Work within an 8-person team, reporting to Team Leads in Lisbon and coordinating with a Product Owner based in Lausanne

? What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience with Usercube and/or Netwrix Identity Manager (or a similar IAM/IGA solution)
• Strong expertise in:
• Access Governance / IAM / IGA
• Role and entitlement modeling
• Recertification and compliance
• Hands-on experience with AD / LDAP / HR systems / ERP integrations
• Skills in scripting and automation (Power
  Shell, REST APIs, CLI)
• Knowledge of SQL Server (2016+)
• Experience in on-premise and Saa
  S environments
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Team-oriented,
  - minded, and able to work autonomously

? Languages

• English: B2 (mandatory)
• French: not required
