Are you passionate about design but also curious about the business and strategic side of things? At Tangível Group, we’re looking for a Junior UX Business Developer to support our commercial efforts, combining a
- centered perspective with strategic and operational thinking. This is the ideal role for someone with a background in Design (or related areas) who wants to explore the intersection between UX and business development.

What you will do

• Support the identification of potential clients and business opportunities (national and international);
• Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations;
• Help manage administrative documentation and support procurement processes;
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis;
• Assist with CRM updates and maintenance of commercial databases.

Requirements

• Academic background in Business, Design, Communication, Marketing or similar areas;
• Interest in UX, technology, and business development;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills;
• Critical thinking and a
  - solving mindset;
• Native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English (mandatory);
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience (preferred, not mandatory);
• Knowledge of procurement platforms and public tenders is a plus.
