• DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

• DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our clients with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for an UX Design Leadfor a Hybrid project in Lisbon.

SKILLS:

• Expertise as a UX Designer or similar service;
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing UX design expertise;
• Expertise in designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma;
• Expertise of
  - centered design principles and best practices;
• Expertise on Gen
  AI tools
• Good English (min B2)
