Job Title
UX Design Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- Create solutions to address business growth and user needs (responsive mockups, interactive prototypes, recommendations, user flows. . . )
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to convert business requirements and product vision into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences, following visual guidelines and brand recommendations. - Perform user research and testing activities (interviews, focus groups, web data analysis) to understand customer needs and improve UX. Develop user personas, customer journeys, and interaction flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation meets the expected experience.
- Ensure consistency with the Amadeus brand guidelines.
- Provide graphic solutions (like illustrations or treated images) to support digital marketing and communication activities.
- Document protocols and findings.
- Promote UX.
About the ideal candidate:
- Degree in design,
- computer interaction, cognitive science, User Experience, or other similar fields. - Knowledge about web analytics, personalization, A/B testing, heuristic analytics, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Experience creating designs for interfaces on multiple devices, proficiency in prototyping using Figma.
- Understanding of development and technical limitations.
- Good knowledge of mobile native and mobile web.
- Ideally, experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
- Experience with Design Systems and UX Patterns.
- Proven track record of UX design experience, with practical examples of how to solve business problems by applying user research methodologies.
- Committed to great user experience and clean design, with a keen eye for detail.
- Up to date with the latest technologies, innovation, design systems, and design trends.
- Adaptable to
- changing requirements and able to learn quickly. - Fluent in English (advanced proven professional level).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to
- functional teams. - Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a mix of
- person and fully remote partners. - Experience working closely with frontend teams.
