- You will work collaboratively with the Digital and Innovation Manager and
- functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems. - Furthermore, you will create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and other UX design artifacts to support the development and implementation of innovative digital products.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure that UX design is
- centric, using user research and data to guide product design decisions. - You will ensure that UX design aligns with regional language management, facilitating easy and accurate communication across different countries.
- Additionally, you will work closely with product and software development teams to ensure that designs are accurately and efficiently implemented with a high level of quality.
- You must ensure that UX designs adhere to design guidelines and meet business objectives, maintaining visual polish and consistency across products.
- You will stay up to date with UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously improve design processes and workflows within the team.
- You must ensure UX design compliance with Linde’s standards.
- You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation.

What Makes You Great
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Proficiency in English; Portuguese, Spanish, and French are a plus.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of basic web UI technologies (HTML, CSS, Java
Script). - A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
- Ability to interpret data and user research to inform design decisions.
- Experience with web and mobile app coding (e. g. , in Blazor) is a plus.

This is a
- time position on a limited contract, with standard weekly hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
