Responsibilities
- You will work collaboratively with the Digital and Innovation Manager and
- functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems. - Furthermore, you will create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and other UX design artifacts to support the development and implementation of innovative digital products.
- Ensure that UX design is
- centric, using user research and data to guide product design decisions. - Align UX design across different countries in the region with an easy and accurate language management system.
- Work closely with product and software development teams to ensure designs are accurately and efficiently implemented with high quality.
- Adhere to design guidelines and ensure visual consistency and polish across products, aligning with business objectives.
- Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously improve design processes and workflows.
- Ensure UX design compliance within Linde.
- Participate actively in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus.
- Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in UX design for digital products like web applications and mobile apps.
- Knowledge of basic web UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java
Script. - A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, process, and experience.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, with an understanding of user research and data analytics.
- Experience in design coding for web and mobile applications (e. g. , in Blazor) is a plus.
