What we are looking for

Hard skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer designing web applications (not a junior position)
• Proficiency in Figma (prototyping tools), with a strong foundation in
  - centered design methodologies
• Proven ability to lead brainstorming sessions and user interviews with users
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design explorations and delivered work
• Independent, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias toward action
• Highly collaborative, open to sharing findings, and eager to work as part of a dynamic team
• Very good English skills
