Role Overview

As a UX Design Lead for the Sales & Use Tax platform, you will shape the customer experience across three product lines—tax determination, tax filing, and exemption management—while ensuring the design supports both enterprise clients and accounting partners that serve small and medium‑sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business objectives into product design strategies aligned with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and prioritize the most valuable challenges and devise coherent solutions across the application ecosystem.
• Advocate lean design experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate assumptions and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback early.
• Guide and mentor other designers, fostering a culture of learning and commitment to excellent user experience.
• Participate in the global design community, sharing best practices and driving design excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX experience solving complex problems in Saa
  S enterprise products such as cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, or insurance.
• A portfolio demonstrating functional expertise, modern UX trends, storytelling skills, and a passion for user experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills capable of inspiring a cross‑functional team.
• Deep knowledge of service design and the ability to bridge product and service, championing customer experience across touchpoints.
• Excellent communication, resourcefulness, entrepreneurial mindset, and a lifelong learner attitude.
