Position Overview

We are looking for a UX Designer to join us in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user‑centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and data visualizations into user interfaces, enhancing data‑driven decision‑making.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work in agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue. js).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Background in data‑driven design or business intelligence.
