Mission:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for both B2C and B2B clients. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital products are user‑centric, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Your mission is to transform complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions that delight users and drive business success across all segments. Additionally, you will maintain product manuals and documentation, ensuring all journey updates are clearly recorded and communicated.
Responsibilities / Activities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience;
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off to engineering;
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs;
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital assets and platforms;
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users;
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices;
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Work with external partners and service providers when necessary.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects;
- Proficiency in Figma for all design and prototyping activities;
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies;
- Good English and Portuguese (preferable) oral and written skills.

What you'll be doing:
Your mission will be to design and deliver intuitive, brand‑aligned digital interfaces across web and mobile. You will be responsible for:
- Leading end‑to‑end UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital assets — from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and final specs.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.

What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI and digital design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication Design, Digital Design or related field.
- Portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align digital design with brand identity.
- Proven experience in design and prototyping tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch/Adobe XD), and in creating/maintaining design systems.
- Strong command of usability, accessibility, responsive/mobile‑first principles and best practices across all digital assets.
- Front‑end knowledge and experience adapting designs to platforms like Hub
