Your mission will be…
- Define, plan, and manage UX project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Coordinate UX teams and foster collaboration with product managers and development teams.
- Implement and optimize UX project management processes, methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum), and tools to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and
- communicated. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Champion
- centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle in all projects.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing UX/UI or product design projects.
- Strong understanding of the

- end UX design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation. - Proficiency with project management and design tools (e. g. , Jira, Figma).
- Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
