We are looking for a motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us create innovative and
- friendly digital experiences. We provide
- edge solutions in UX/UI design, software development, and IT leadership, helping businesses optimize their digital strategies while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design
  - centered UX/UI concepts for our software solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure compliance with design standards and guidelines

Must Haves

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Several years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in regulated industries
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e. g. , Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script) is a plus
• Creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills

Nice to have

• German is an advantage
