We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of
- centered design principles and usability best practices. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with the ability to create engaging user experiences for a diverse audience.

Main Responsibilities:

The UX/UI Designer will engage in various aspects of user interface design and to enhance overall user satisfaction. Core responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on
  - centric designs.
• Creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Contributing to mobile and
  - device usability.
• Maintaining brand consistency across digital content.
• Working closely with the development team from ideation to deployment.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify workflows.
• Staying
  -
  - date with industry trends.
• Providing documentation and design assets for development.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of
  - centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with mobile applications is preferred.
• A preference for gaming (online, casual, RPG, TCGs, board games).
• Strong
  - solving skills and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability to feedback and changes in design.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Portfolio showcasing prior design projects.
• Experience in user research is preferred.
• Familiarity with task management tools like Click
  Up.
