YOUR ROLE

1. Integrate into a design department within a consulting company, participating in multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.
2. Understand research insights and translate them into design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
3. Create visually appealing concepts with clear reasoning behind design choices such as color, typography, and other key visual elements.
4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure usability, feasibility, and proper implementation of designs, providing detailed specifications and assets.
5. Work with client business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into UX/UI design solutions.
6. Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness, identify improvements, and iterate based on user feedback.
7. Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating their value and impact.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph
   D in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Understanding of
   - centered design principles and methodologies.
3. Strong
   - solving skills, attention to detail, and creative critical thinking.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within
   - functional teams.
5. Proficiency in Figma; experience with other relevant design software is a plus.

Extra Points If You Have

1. Knowledge of AI tools and techniques to enhance design processes.
2. Ability to adapt to a consultancy environment, managing multiple projects and proposals.
3. For senior or lead roles, capability to lead a small team of designers.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
5. Ability to visualize and draft optimal design methodologies for challenges or projects.
