We’re looking for a UX/UI Manager to lead and grow our UX/UI design and research team. In this role, you’ll shape player journeys, own and evolve our design system, and ensure consistent, intuitive product experiences across our i
Gaming platforms. You’ll represent design in
- functional leadership discussions and collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Content teams.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for leading the UX/UI design and research efforts, shaping the design strategy, and driving
- centric design across products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UX/UI designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and creative team culture.
• Define and implement a UX/UI strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Own, scale, and enforce our design system, guidelines, and principles.
• Drive user research, player journey mapping, and usability testing, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Oversee the creation of intuitive, engaging, and
  - brand interfaces, balancing usability with aesthetics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Content teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and consistency.
• Represent the design function in product leadership discussions and champion
  - centric design in
  - wide
  - making.
• Ensure design directly contributes to business KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including proven experience in the i
  Gaming industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role leading UX/UI teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and
  - driven design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Solid knowledge of
  - centered design, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
• Strong understanding of design methodologies and processes (e. g. Design Thinking, Double Diamond, interaction design, heuristics, information architecture).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and
  - solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of gamification, behavioral psychology, or player engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with
  - end technologies (React, CSS, Java
  Script) and data analytics to support design
  - making.
• Educational background or certifications in UX/UI design, usability testing, HCI, or related fields.
• Experience working within agile frameworks, applying project management practices, and integrating product discovery insights into the design process.
• Proficiency with advanced prototyping or motion design tools.
